ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 P.M. Eastern Time, (“ET”), September 1, 2005 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (“ET”), January 1, 2006. Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who enter the sweepstakes from within the United States. Entrants must be 18 years of age to enter or win. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of the winner’s legal parent or guardian. How to Enter: Visit the Phase 2 Solutions, Inc. website at http://www.winmyvacation.com, and follow directions for entry. Entrants will be required to complete the registration form provided, submit it, and you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Limit, one entry is allowed per person. Only one entry per person/e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online services provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about January 1, 2006 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email, and verifiable parental consent will be required, along with completion of the full entry form. Upon receipt of information and parental consent, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

Prize Descriptions. Grand Prizes (1) - Grand Prize winners will receive a trip to for (2) people that includes includes: (a) round-trip coach airline tickets from the approved point of origin to one of the following destinations: Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, San Diego, and Reno (b) 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize winners and Guest at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (one room based on double occupancy, room and tax only - meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included). Flights are based on availability and blackout periods apply for air travel and hotel. Flights and schedules are subject to change; direct flights may not be available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate destinations or travel dates during periods of heavy travel including, but not limited to, peak travel periods and holidays. This vacation is valued for one year from the date of activation. This vacation is valid for Mondays, Tuesday or Wednesday departure only. All other expenses not listed are the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. Grand Prizewinners must provide Sponsors with confirmed travel dates and traveling guests’ names a minimum of four weeks prior to the departure date. The estimated total retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,000. All travel arrangements and accommodations at discretion of Sponsors. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of the prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsors, due to prize unavailability at time of award or circumstances beyond Sponsors control, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The estimated total retail value for the Grand Prize is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment.
Approximate overall odds for winning any prize are dependant upon the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Prize Conditions: All taxes and expenses not specified here are the sole responsibilities of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and; no prize substitutions are allowed. All Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted), to be returned within 14 days of the first written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
